How to Register:

COSPLAY CONTEST REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED FOR THE 2024 SHOW!

You must receive a confirmation via email from our event director in order to participate at the Crossroads Fandom Fest Cosplay Contest only after you have registered via the website. Be aware it may take up to 5 days before you are confirmed via email from our cosplay competition director. You may not compete without a confirmation, NO EXCEPTIONS. Last day to register for the contest is Sunday, February 18, 2024.

There is NO onsite registration!

 

Judging:

Judging will be done based on the registration of each cosplay the week leading up to the contest. Keep that into consideration when submitting photos and/or videos of your cosplay. Final winners will be chosen the day of the contest in person. YOU MUST BE PRESENT THE DAY OF THE CONTEST TO WIN. If you are not present, you forfeit your entry into the competition.

Kid-Friendly Show Reminder:

There will be children present and costumes and presentation should be suitable for ALL ages. As a reminder entry into the event is at the discretion of the event staff, and we reserve the right to reject ANY entrant who does not adhere to the rules or whose costume is in violation of them.
